The drawing speed of each drawing head of the in-line drawing machine is superposed by the main speed and PID fine adjustment. Each drawing head is equipped with a displacement sensor on the tension balance bar to dynamically measure the metal wire between the drawing heads. Tension, the displacement sensor output standard signal, as the feedback of the inverter tension closed-loop PID control, by adjusting the motor speed of each level, the system ensures that the tension of each tension detection point is constant. Only when the tension of each point is kept constant during the entire drawing process, can it be ensured that the multi-level continuous drawing can be performed smoothly and the quality of the metal wire can be pulled out.
