"Planning" mainly analyzes the current status and situation of the semiconductor lighting industry, guiding ideology, principles and objectives, major tasks and key projects and safeguard measures.

"Planning" puts forward the development goals, tasks and measures for LED lighting energy-saving industry by 2015, and is the guiding document for the development of China's LED lighting energy-saving industry in the near future.

"Planning" mentioned that by 2020 the global lighting market will exceed 150 billion U.S. dollars, and the LED lighting market is expected to reach 75 billion U.S. dollars. In the future, LED lighting products with mature technologies and significant energy-saving effects will be gradually promoted, and indoor commercial lighting products and systems will be preferentially promoted, outdoor public lighting products and systems will be actively promoted, home lighting products will be promoted at appropriate times, and active support will be provided for the automotive, agricultural and medical fields. And will focus on the development of industrial demand, accelerate the development of LED lighting core materials, equipment and key technologies, as well as improve the LED lighting standards, testing, certification and other service support system.
