This spot check is based on the "Safety Requirements for Fixed General Lamps" GB7000.10-1999, "General Safety Requirements and Tests for Lamps" GB7000.1-2002 (Products produced after January 1, 2009 according to GB7000.1-2007 "Lamps Part 1: General requirements and tests"), "Limitations and measurement methods for radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment" GB17743-1999 and "Electromagnetic compatibility limits Harmonic current emission limits (equipment input current per phase ≤ 16A)" GB17625.1-2003 mandatory standard requirements, structure of fixed general-purpose lighting products (trucks), external wiring (power connection), external wiring (cross-sectional area), internal wiring (cross-sectional area), 8 safety indicators such as protection against electric shock, durability test, heat resistance, fire resistance and electric tracking resistance (heat resistance), heat resistance, fire resistance and electric tracking resistance (fire resistance), insertion loss (disturbance voltage) and harmonic current 2 Electromagnetic compatibility indicators were tested.
A random inspection found 22 products were unqualified.
