Nanoco Group's cadmium-free quantum dot technology will be applied to LED lamps

Nanoco Group, the world's leading developer and manufacturer of cadmium-free quantum dots, has announced that it has reached an agreement with one of the world's largest lighting equipment suppliers to apply Nanoco's cadmium-free quantum dot technology to the lighting company. In the LED luminaires, it makes it more excellent.

The agreement lasts for 12 months and there are two possible ways of cooperation: first, research and development, and second, the continuation of the release of new products. The specific financial information was not disclosed.

As we all know, LED lighting systems have many advantages over traditional lighting systems, including longer life, lower energy consumption, smaller size, and better stability. However, the nature of the light it emits is one of the factors that limit its application.

Nanoco's quantum dot technology demonstrates the ability to solve this problem, enabling LEDs to be more widely used in commercial, residential and other applications.
