Under the entrustment of Yangyuan Coal Group Taiyuan Chemical New Material Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), we purchased one set of the 200,000-ton briquette production line for the supporting project of the Qingxu Chemical New Material Park and the relocation project, and organized domestic open bidding. (The funds are self-raised funds) The relevant matters are now announced as follows.
2. Content and scope of tender
Bidding content: 200,000 tons of briquette production line procurement

Bidding requirements: The new material company will produce 240,000 tons of fine slag per year, design a 200,000-ton/year briquette production line, including 2 sets of molding equipment (one open and one ready). Process route: silo → binder quantitative → mixing and mixing → molding → finished ball (reserved drying), after the formation of briquettes of about 35mm, slag moisture content of 60wt% (wet basis), carbon content of 30wt% (absolute Base), see the tender documents for the remaining parameters.
3, bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, an independent legal entity, capable of independently bearing civil liabilities, and a manufacturer or agent capable of independently contracting.
3.2 The corresponding qualifications and capabilities in design, manufacturing, quality control, and operation and management of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience. It has national or industry-specific licenses, mandatory certifications, logo certificates, and other related certificates.
3.3 passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and has a valid certification.
3.4 In the past three years (2013 to 2015), there were the same or similar performances of goods manufactured and sold in the People's Republic of China as the tendered goods.
3.5 With good bank credit and business reputation, not being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen, bankruptcy.
3.6 accept agent bids.
3.7 Relevant documents to be carried during registration
(1) Authorized Power of Attorney (original) of a corporate legal person; identity card of legal person; identity card of authorized person (copy);
(2) copy of business license; organization code; tax registration certificate (copy);
(3) Enterprise Account Opening License (copy);
(4) 2013-2015 contract for product supply with the same or more specifications (copy), performance table is invalid;
(5) After the announcement, the procuratorate of the place where the enterprise is located inquires about the bribery criminal file result notification letter [Original].
