Electronic massager

Photocoupler
The electronic massager introduced in this example uses electric pulse to promote blood circulation and stimulate the nervous system to relieve human fatigue. It has a certain effect on the treatment of soft tissue injury. It has anti-inflammatory towns for diseases such as low back pain, frozen shoulder and arthritis. Painful effect.
Circuit Operation Principle The electronic massager circuit consists of a low frequency oscillator and an electrical pulse output circuit, as shown in Figure 9-34.

The low frequency oscillator is composed of a time base integrated circuit ICl, resistors R3, R4, a potentiometer RP2, a diode VD, and capacitors C3, C4.
The electric pulse output circuit is composed of a transistor V, an electronic switch integrated circuit IC2, capacitors C1, C2, resistors R1, R2, a potentiometer RP1, a light emitting diode VL, a step-up transformer T and an output socket XS.
After the power switch S is turned on, the low-frequency oscillator is energized to output a low-level pulse signal from the 3 pin of IC1, and the signal is applied to the base of V through C2 to control the working states of V and IC2. When the low-frequency pulse signal output by IC1 is a positive pulse signal, V is turned on, so that: IC2's 2 pin becomes low level, IC2's electronic switch is turned on, 4 pin outputs high level, and VL emits light; when ICl output When the low frequency pulse signal is a negative pulse, V is turned off, IC 2's 2 pin becomes high level, IC2's internal electronic switch is turned off, 4 pin outputs low level, and VL is extinguished. V and IC2 alternately turn on and off at high speed under the action of the low frequency pulse signal, VL flashes and emits light, and generates low frequency pulse current on the winding W2 of T. The low-frequency pulse current can be massaged on the human body by applying two metal electrode pieces or two rubber electrode pieces (drawn in the circuit) which are externally connected to the XS to the acupuncture points or the painful parts of the human body (to relax or stimulate the muscles) Acupoints).
Adjusting the resistance of RPl can change the intensity of the output electrical pulse, thus changing the intensity of the massage.
Adjusting the resistance of RP2 can change the operating frequency of the low frequency oscillator within the range of 0.5-100 Hz, thus changing the frequency of the massage.
Component selection
Rl-R4 uses 1/4W carbon film resistor or metal film resistor.
RPl selects WH-l5 series small synthetic carbon film potentiometer with switch; R to select WH-l5 series small switch synthetic carbon film potentiometer without switch.
Cl-C3 selects aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 16V, and C4 uses monolithic capacitors.
VD selects 1N4148 type silicon switch diode for use.
VL uses φ3mm green LED.
V selects S005O type NPN transistor.
ICl selects NE555 type time base integrated circuit for use; IC2 selects TWH8751 type electronic switch integrated circuit for use.
T selects 1-2W, the secondary voltage is 6V power transformer, and uses its primary winding (winding W2) to connect XS.
XS selects the channel headphone jack.
CB uses 6V laminated battery or 4 No. 5 rechargeable battery, and can also use 6V small DC regulated power supply.
