First, significant achievements have been made in the intelligent transformation of key industries. Key industrial industries such as machinery, ships, automobiles, light industry, textiles, food, electronics, etc., gradually realize “machine au pair”, and industrial robots have been promoted and applied in various fields of operation. By 2020, the province has implemented a total of 10,000 (sets) of "machine au pairings," and numerical control technology and intelligent equipment have been more widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises.
The second is the rapid development of the smart manufacturing industry. Traditional equipment accelerates to intelligent upgrades, and the pace of R&D and industrialization of emerging intelligent manufacturing equipment such as high-end CNC machine tools, industrial robots, smart sensors, and control equipment is further accelerated, and smart equipment manufacturing companies, system integration, and equipment service companies are coordinating and developing. By 2020, the province's smart equipment manufacturing industry will achieve a total industrial output value of 150 billion yuan, and will establish a number of large-scale intelligent equipment manufacturing industry bases. The intelligent equipment industry system will initially take shape. Third, the new model of smart manufacturing continues to be applied. Intelligent manufacturing new models such as discrete intelligent manufacturing, flow-based intelligent manufacturing, network collaborative manufacturing, large-scale personalized customization, and remote operation and maintenance services are continuously enriched and perfected. Conditional and basic industries can be piloted and promoted and applied. By 2020 More than 50 provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration companies are identified, supporting the construction of about 20 smart manufacturing model factories (workshops).
