In the spring of renewal and energy, Shenzhen Chuangxiang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chuangxiang Sharesâ€) celebrated its seventh anniversary. Since its founding on February 22, 2011, the company has navigated seven years of growth and transformation, now stepping into the eighth year with renewed determination. Chuangxiang is a leading global manufacturer in LED research and development, recognized as a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. We have developed independent technologies in light source packaging and application products, offering a wide range of solutions including LED brackets, LED packages, SMT, smart home lighting, commercial lighting, and customized engineering lighting. Our products are certified by various domestic and international standards, ensuring quality and reliability.
**What have we achieved in the past seven years?**
First, we built a strong and dedicated sales team. Over the years, we've focused on delivering exceptional service and tailored lighting solutions to meet evolving market demands. Our product line has evolved from simple LED strips to comprehensive lighting solutions, emphasizing customization. In a fast-changing market, differentiation is key to standing out and thriving in competition.
Second, we strengthened our production capabilities, ensuring brand quality. Over the years, we've integrated the entire LED industry chain, from packaging to final delivery. Our streamlined processes support our sales efforts, with Tmall alone selling around 100,000 meters per month—over 1.2 million annually. As of this year, we've sold over 8.2 million meters of LED ribbons on Tmall.
Third, we expanded our e-commerce platform presence, enhancing brand visibility. From Tmall to rural Taobao, Alibaba Trust, and international platforms like AliExpress, we've built a robust online ecosystem. With over 100,000 followers and a 40% repeat customer rate, our digital strategy continues to drive growth.
Fourth, we’ve tackled complex engineering projects across the globe. Notable achievements include the Chongqing Pig Eight Rings Lighting Project, the World Window Step Light Decoration, Gucci Store Lighting, the 2017 CCTV Harbin Ice Dance Light Show, Singapore National Day Performance, and luxury hotel lighting projects such as Hilton International Garden, Pullman Hotel, and Vienna Hotel. These projects highlight our technical expertise and global reach.
Fifth, we’ve embraced innovation and global expansion. Our focus on high-end branding has positioned us as a leader in low-voltage safety lighting, aiming to become the "Lighting King." While we remain strong in the domestic market, our overseas ambitions continue to grow, driven by a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
