FD2.0MW-127 new low wind speed wind turbine successfully passed the factory function test

Recently, the FD2.0MW-127 new low wind speed wind turbine independently developed by Dongfang Wind Power successfully passed the in-plant control system, grid connection, full power, temperature rise, overload, fault test and other tests. All test indicators met the design requirements. At the same time, the dual-mode operation switching test and the special test of the new power monitoring module were carried out for the model, which provided data support for the optimization of the dual-mode operation control strategy of the fan and the verification of the primary frequency-modulation capability of the wind turbine.

The research and development of FD2.0MW-127 is based on advanced platform and years of experience and technology accumulation of Dongfang Wind Power. It adopts fully independent research and development of electronic control system and adds dual-mode operation function, which will effectively improve the unit quality and power generation under low wind speed.

The factory function test was successfully completed 6 days ahead of the original plan with the cooperation of all relevant units, demonstrating the spirit of Dongfang Wind Power facing the challenges of calm and unity, and for the FD2.0MW-127 unit in Sichuan. The first application of the Dapingshan Phase II project laid a solid foundation for the owners to deliver on time and quality.
