1. Factors Affecting the Performance of Road Alloy Hard Anodized Film
Under low temperature conditions, the electrolyte is mainly divided into sulfuric acid medium through finely tunable micro-pulsed direct current, and the aluminum alloy piston is hard anodized to obtain a surface oxide film with thickness ≥0.04mm and hardness ≥350HV, providing a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layer.

2. Design and Testing of Oxide Film Thickness and Hardness Test System
As a destructive testing method, data obtained from oxide film hardness tests must be reproducible and accurate. Many factors can influence the results. If the measured microhardness values fluctuate significantly or differ greatly from expected process values, the test loses its purpose in production. Therefore, designing a reliable and accurate test system is critical for oxide film evaluation.
Test results of oxide film thickness and hardness for different materials (see table) show that the design of a thickness and hardness testing system is vital for successful aluminum oxide treatment.
