Usage Instructions:

1. Connect the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump to the intake port on the drying oven and turn on the vacuum pump.
2. Place the items to be dried inside, close the door, shut the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and start the pump to reach a vacuum level of -0.09 to -0.1 MPa.
3. Turn the power switch to “ON.” The power indicator will light up, and the temperature display will show the current reading.
4. If the desired temperature matches the set value, no adjustment is needed. Otherwise, reset the temperature accordingly.
5. Once settings are confirmed, the system will enter the heating phase. The heating indicator will light up and flash when the temperature approaches the set point, entering the constant temperature mode.
6. Adjust drying time based on the moisture content of the items. If the vacuum level drops, re-pump to restore it by turning on the vacuum pump first.
7. After drying, turn off the power, open the bleed valve to release the vacuum, and wait a moment before opening the door to avoid damage due to sealing ring deformation.

Important Safety Notes:

• Ensure the equipment is properly grounded for safe operation.
• When not using the vacuum pump continuously, close the vacuum valve first before turning off the power to prevent oil backflow.
• For flammable materials, cool them below their ignition point before exposing them to air to avoid oxidation or combustion.
• This oven is not explosion-proof and should not be used with explosive substances.
• Factory-set parameters (P, I, D, T, LCK) should not be altered without professional guidance.
