Operating Instructions:

1. Connect the vacuum pump to the vacuum port using a vacuum hose and turn on the pump.
2. Place the items to be dried inside the oven, close the door, and ensure the vent valve is closed while opening the vacuum valve. Start the pump to reach a vacuum level between -0.09 to -0.1 MPa. Then close the vacuum valve and turn off the pump.
3. Turn the power switch to “1” to activate the system. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the temperature display will appear.
4. If the desired temperature matches the set value, no adjustment is needed. Otherwise, reset the temperature accordingly.
5. Once settings are confirmed, the system will begin heating. The heater indicator light will illuminate and flash as it approaches the target temperature, entering a stable constant-temperature phase.
6. Adjust drying time based on the moisture content of the items. If the vacuum level drops, re-pump the system by turning on the vacuum pump and opening the vacuum valve again.
7. After drying is complete, turn off the power, open the bleed valve to release the vacuum, and wait a moment before opening the door. This allows the sealing ring to return to its original shape for smooth access.

Important Safety Notes:

• The oven housing must be properly grounded to ensure safe operation.
• When not continuously pumping, always close the vacuum valve first before turning off the pump to prevent oil backflow. The pump should have a minimum pumping rate of 2L/s.
• For flammable items, cool them below their ignition point before exposing them to air to avoid oxidation or combustion.
• This device is not explosion-proof and should not be used with explosive substances.
• Factory-set parameters like P, I, D, T, and LCK functions should not be altered without professional guidance.
